Our team

Paula Lappalainen

A trained dog groomer with specialist qualifications and a firm commitment to animal welfare. She is known for her gentle handling, her respectful approach and her knack for keeping every session calm. Her two rescue dogs, Duna and Nemo, are her daily inspiration.

Víctor Pastor

A lifetime around animals and years of grooming experience shape how he cares for pets. Inspired by Yuko and Chiwuy, his companions at home, he gives every pet the same love and attention. His patience and warmth make them feel right at home.

Our fleet

  • Our vans need no mains connection or outside supply during the service.
  • We use high-performance lithium batteries for all the on-board equipment, so each van runs on its own power, with a smaller carbon footprint and no engine noise or fumes.
  • The vans carry on-board water storage systems for both clean and waste water, which is emptied safely at approved points.
  • During the service the vans stay parked and switched off, keeping noise and environmental impact to a minimum.
  • The working area is climate-controlled so pets are comfortable whatever the time of year, and the water is heated by efficient electric systems, always at the right temperature.
  • All our grooming products are vegan and biodegradable, protecting your pet’s skin and respecting the environment.
